  • 2025 Annual Marketing Plan

    Timeline: 3-4 weeks

    You know where you want your firm to be in the next 1-3 years — the types of projects you’re working on, your ideal team size, and the kinds of press & awards recognition you’re receiving. But in order to get there, you need a plan.

    We start with a 2-hour deep dive session where we get to the heart of your firm’s pain points, stumbling blocks, goals, and vision for the future.

    Then, within two weeks, I create and deliver your 12-month marketing roadmap. During our second call, I walk you through a detailed plan of action with steps for your firm to take in the next 12 months in order to start reaching those big goals.

    Includes: two meetings, your firm’s 12-month Marketing Plan, and three Mini Marketing Audits.

  • Fractional Marketing Director

    Timeline: monthly retainer (3 months minimum; 6+ months recommended)

    You run a small to midsized firm (3-15 people) that is growing. You don’t have the capacity to hire a full-time Marketing Director yet, but you still need their guidance and expertise. (And the marketing agencies you’ve worked with that don’t specialize in architecture aren’t cutting it.)

    During our time working together, I’m your on-call Marketing Director. Taking your Marketing Plan as a reference, we tackle the highest-priority items first. You also get priority attention when you need something from me quickly—whether it’s strategy guidance, interview prep, a press release, or a project description, I’m there.

    We start with my tailored questionnaire and 1:1 interview process, where we explore your firm’s history and background. Then, I write and deliver thoughtfully crafted statements that define your company's mission, vision, and values. We meet again 1:1 to discuss and go over any refinement that may be necessary.

  • Public Relations

    Timeline: monthly retainer (3 months minimum; 6+ months recommended)

    Your design work deserves to be seen.

    While your long-time fans are checking out your website and opening your newsletter, a strategic PR campaign can get your projects seen by thousands of people who read big-name publications, such as Dwell, Architectural Record, the NYT, GRAY, Monocle, city magazines, and more.

    In addition to architecture & interiors PR, I also work directly with firm leaders to secure visibility opportunities for them — interviews, podcast appearances, and speaking engagements.

    Investment: $5000 / month — VIP (I’m running multiple PR campaigns at a time for you & identifying thought leadership opportunities for firm leaders)

    $3500 / month — Growth (I’m running 1-2 PR campaigns at a time for your firm, while serving as your firm’s main media relations contact)

    $2000 / month — Foundations (I’m running 1 PR campaign at a time for your firm)

  • Copywriting

    Timeline: varies depending on project

    I help you tell your story—whether you need to overhaul your website copy, apply for an awards program, or need a new project description ASAP, I can help.

    The benefit of working with me is that I speak your language, and know how to translate “architect speak” for your target audience. (I’ve been an architecture marketing expert for 15+ years!)

    First, we discuss your copy needs and get clear on the goals. Then, I write and deliver the first drafts to you, and fine-tune as needed, until you have perfect copy.

    Investment varies, but typically:

    $1500 per webpage for a brand-new website

    $750 per project description + client testimonial

    $450 per team member bio

    $550 for blog post; $700-1000 for a longer case study

    $750+ for a press release
